Comprehensive construction of a multi-unit residential building, covering the full construction cycle through to property handover
By order of the client, we were given the task of building up a floor of the house with strengthening the foundation and supporting walls, interior decoration, implementation of engineering systems, laying cables and pipes, replacing windows and landscaping the area around the house.
The object is located in the village of Krasici, 7 kilometers from the airfield of the city of Tivat. House area 231 m2. All work completed in 49 days.
We will prepare the next step: from assessing potential and budget to a proposal for design or construction.
