Facade construction of an apartment building in Budva

The specialists of our company performed the following works:

• Surface preparation – installation of drainage systems, surface cleaning. A mandatory nuance of the preparatory work is the completion of all roofing, glazing and carpentry work.
• Puttying – preliminary leveling of walls using a special facade putty mixture for water-dispersion materials.
• Priming – increasing adhesion with dyes by reducing the porosity of the surface and its moisture absorption.
• Coloring – improvement of decorative properties, as well as weather resistance, mechanical strength.

In facade works, high-quality materials were used with an emphasis on the specifics of the local climate.
